About This Project

The performance series is organized into three practical sections, each drawing from common approaches to martial arts training. The Classic framework focuses on familiar methods like belt rankings, structured routines, sequences of drills, and group exercises often seen in schools or dojos.

The Trials framework highlights skills and techniques that can be practiced and assessed individually or in a group. This could involve repeating a technique to develop muscle memory or working on specific physical challenges that build coordination and precision.

The Steps framework looks at martial arts from a comparative physical perspective. It includes routines and exercises commonly practiced in preparation for competitions, providing a way to explore martial arts in a sporting context. We do not work with competitions and content provided is strictly for informational purposes only.
