What is Tai Chi?

In specific contexts, Tai Chi refers to martial arts systems often associated with family styles such as Chen ι™³, Sun ε«, Wu 吳, Wu (Hao) ζ¦(郝), and Yang ζ₯Š. Over time, these systems have been adapted for health and fitness. Today, many people practice Tai Chi to support their health goals and improve overall well-being.

More broadly, Tai Chi is a martial arts concept focused on finding methods to optimize the flow of force through mass and acceleration. I aim to explore and develop a martial art system inspired by my background in physical rehabilitation.
